The self catering cottage will sleep 4 people. South Corner Cottage has a beautiful coastal location with waterside views. Dogs are welcome. This self catering cottage has off-street parking which will accommodate 2 cars. The cottage has a lovely sheltered sunny patio with a South Westerly aspect.

South Corner cottage has an attractive fully fitted kitchen. The living room has a feature fireplace with a wood burner. The yacht club, restaurants and pubs are close by, as is the shop where you can buy anything you might need..

Approached from the ample driveway, the rear entrance door opens into a useful porch with convenient cloakroom and continues into the attractive fully fitted and well equipped kitchen. The living room features a brick fireplace with wood burner, ideal for those cosy cooler evenings and opens into the light and bright conservatory-style dining room providing the perfect setting to linger over a meal as you watch the ever-changing river scene, and an array of sailing boats coming and going from the nearby Yacht Club.

An open plan staircase rises from the rear of the living room to the two compact but stylish bedrooms which both take in the wonderful views. The twin bedroom has an ensuite shower room and the double is served by the spacious modern bathroom. Outside a pretty patio with garden furniture offers the chance to relax and unwind, and a large garage is available for secure storage of bikes or surfboards.

It would be hard to find a more ideal spot Instow in Devon is a popular village, with the Tarka Trail on your doorstep and the local store together with good quality restaurants serving locally caught seafood within a short stroll. Venturing further afield the spectacular beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe and the famous pebble ridge of Westward Ho! are all within easy driving distance of this self catering cottage.
