We cater for people who care what they eat, who enjoy taste and flavour and who have an interest in the way their food is produced. We make or try to buy locally wherever it is possible, so much of the food we serve is naturally seasonal - it is handmade, hand reared, or grown by hand. The beef, pork and lamb all come from local farms using traditional breeds. The vegetables are produced locally and are delivered fresh each day. Fresh bread is made daily in our kitchens. Unpretentious home cooked, home prepared regional food is our speciality. Every effort is made to ensure the food we serve is GM free.
